This site has a unique features in temrs of how it sloped and its proximity to neighbouring buildings. We created a sense of privacy by placing the licing space in one block and accomodation in a separate block. The licing space is at half landing level. This allowed the accomodation block to provide screening and privacy to the living spaces without effecting light entering the main livins spaces. The end result is a private, sun filled courtyard with total privacy suroounded by contemporary open plan living spaces.
