Irish Life Sciences Global HQ

MMA Architects were retained to provide full architectural services for design and construction of a state of the art facility to act as a production facility and Global HQ for Irish Life Sciences Ltd. The development is for the refurbishment and substantial extension of an existing warehouse building comprising a total floor area of 2500 sq. m. When complete, the facility will contain extensive clean room facilities for automated production, research facilities, laboratories and office facilities to support operations. Works commenced onsite in Q3 2020 and works are expected to complete in Q2 2021.
