MMA Architects were retained to redesign and develop a new Nursing home for an experienced operator at a site in Clongriffin, North Dublin. We successfully attained planning permission for the development in December 2020 and look forward to bringing it forward in the near future.

This proposal is for the development of a state of the art Nursing home designed to highest standards, consists of the construction of a 129-bedroom nursing home (6476.5 sqm gross internal floor area) on a 0.46ha site bounded by Park Avenue, Park Terrace South and Park Row, Clongriffin, Dublin 13.  The proposed nursing home consists of a single building ranging in height from 2 to 5 storeys arranged around a private courtyard garden. The new design reflects the latest trends in care home design, and more onerous Fire, Accessibility and Energy use requirements.
