End of Terrace Development Dublin

This prominent corner site in central Dublin, is the end of a Georgian Terrace dating back to 1820 – 1830. The proposed development aims to maximise the site potential whilst retaining the character of the historical street, particularly when viewed from the south.

We have blended the Georgian style with requirements of the currrent residential design guidelines to create a new apartment building which compliments its Georgian surroundings.
